In preparation for the renovation of Mag:net’s Backroom, a place allocated for consigned works by artists who have exhibited at Mag:net,  Juan Alcazaren is bringing some of these that are in stock to Mag:net Katipunan’s main exhibit space. Some of these works are by Ronald Achacoso, Gus Albor, Amy Aragon, Felix Bacolor, Argee Bandoy, Pablo Biglang-Awa, Benjie Cabangis, Roberto Chabet, Bembol dela Cruz, Antonio Daroy, Damien Deroubaix, Nona Garcia, Pete Jimenez, Dindo Martinez, Jayson Oliveria, Bernardo Pacquing, Christina Quisumbing Ramilo, Jucar Raquepo, Juni Salvador, Jack Sotto, Popo San Pascual, Julien Tan, Maria Taniguchi, Jay Ticar, Wire Tuazon, Trek Valdizno, Roma Valles, MM Yu and including some of his own too. These works are being once again put in “front”, to be reacquainted to a final viewing before they are returned back to the artists.  To compliment such, Alcazaren will have the walls painted in a different color in lieu of the prescriptive gallery white.  

This exhibit will be on view from September 29 to October 23.

Opening cocktails will be at 6:30 pm of September 29 Saturday.
