Felix's experience in the arts range from commercial to expressive. Having worked for T commercial production, a television station, deign companies here and abroad, his broad range of knowledge gives depth and meaning to his artworks.

Bacolor graduated from the UP College of Fine Arts with a BFA in Painting in 1989. He has also attended workshops at the Mowelfund Film Institute. Some of his ineterests include Amateur Astronomy, Billiards, Indie Films, Fishing, Science & Technology, the Arts.
