Joey Ayala leads a gathering of fellow musicians and composers to perform in a special gig at Mag:net Café on Monday, January 23 and to launch his recently released collaborative CD album “Mga Awit ng Mandaragat”. Gig will start at 9PM and expected to perform and grace the night are Ayala, Cynthia Alexander, Bayang Barrios, Noel Cabangon, Kevin Roy, Mlou Matute, Mike Villegas, Jingle Buena, Onie Badiang, Mike Villegas, Dessa Ilagan, Chang Tengasantos and marami pang iba who took part in the making of the new album.

“Mga Awit ng Mandaragat” is a compilation of 12 songs with lyrics by Ayala and music by Ayala and other musicians who share his advocacy for the preservation of nature. The album inspires listeners to remember our culture and heritage that come from the sea and enriched by the sea.
